When did the wall crumble without my permission? When did you walk into it? Why did it rebuild when you walk into it? So many questions and no answers. Happy and sad at the same time it happens. Trying to lock this post but fails so everything shall be in codes then. Don't try to decipher the codes. You won't succeed, believe me.

Days in a month are like roller coaster, sometimes I am at the top of the world but today I am at the lowest of the valley. Recreated a mask which is bigger in size to hide my feelings better. I think a mask is more crumble proof than a wall. So emotional that reading a storybook or a short touching passage can bring tears to my eyes.

Memories can never be relive, that is what I have realize after such a long period of time. A person can only live in the moment and hope that memories never fade~~

Recently got addicted on a book named Empress Orchid. A book full of history of China and the olden days where empress and emperor still exist. Still left a bit more before the end of the book, shall enjoy the book.

Sometimes I wonder, if a person somehow can predicts the future will he/she still make the same choice go the same path? Maybe life is more about a journey than a destination.

Being sick is awful, slept the whole day at home after eating the flu medicine that makes me drowsy. Flu is still manageable but if you add in sore throat it is really awful. Anyway, back to work tomorrow. These few days haven't been really great but I hope everything will clear up in time. Everything is full of ups and downs but I know that no matter what everything will sort out sooner or later. So let's be patient and wait for the rainbow after the rain!

Had been busy with the blog and the selling of plushies to update on my own blog. Anyway I am back and will try to update everyday if it is possible.

Had a wonderful weekend with bf. Watching homecoming, visiting MBS Skypark and dinner on Saturday to celebrate v's day early as ly have to book in on Sunday night. On Sunday, went to China Square central to sell plushies. Had quite a good sales on the first day, hope that the remaining 2 weeks will be better! Tonight was a bonus with ly having night's out on V's day. Had a simple dinner with him and to stock up his snacks. 1st and many more to come :D

After resting for exactly 1 week to celebrate Chinese New Year, tomorrow is the time to be back to work once more. Couldn't say I have miss work but I am still grateful to be able to have a job with no ot. Although today is still new year but for me the new year mood has gone. It had been quite a good new year with hiccups in between.

Went to 春到河畔2011 for the first time with ly, it was quite an eye-opener. Photos are uploaded on facebook as I am too lazy to upload on both blogger and facebook.

Ever heard that 性格是天性的，是不能改的. This sentence really makes me think a lot these few days.

Some things are forever, this I could understand but it is easier to forgive than forget.

Anyway, looking forward to this weekend!

About 1 year has passed and soon it will be Chinese New Year again. This 1 year has been great in learning lessons of life, changing to new environments, from studying life to working life and meeting new people. There will always be people walking in and out of my life, that's life. Hope this year will continue be a great one and when next year Chinese New Year reaches again I will be able to look back and said that it has been a great and fulfilling year!

These few months have really taught me lots of lessons. Lessons that even in school that cannot be taught and learnt. After going through all these lessons, I can happily says that I am really happy now. Even though on bad days I still complain but in my heart I am always thankful. If a person doesn't go through unhappy things first, the person will never know what will makes him/her happy. I am always looking forward to the weekends, although it is short but it just makes me treasures them even more~~

很多事情变了，变到我无法想象下一步是该这么走。人总是有会有这个缺点，付出了也希望得到同样的回报。但人也应该明白，这根本不是种瓜得瓜种豆得豆。人所想象的，有时候和真实真的相差的太多了。

如果有一天我消失了，有人会想到我吗？习惯是能改的，时间也会治疗一切的伤口。很怕如果我放手了，总有一天会后悔。

Had a up and down weekend, like sitting on a roller coaster.

Managed to meet up with bf for dinner at Wisma for Shiok Maki :D Wanted to watch The Tourist before dinner but in the end when we queued to the counter the tickets were already selling fast. So in the end, we just bought the tickets for Lovers Discourse and went for dinner. After dinner, we walked to PS for jackpot-ing. Went round the jackpot just to catch the smaller ones. In the end, the night didn't end very well because of the stubborn me.

Had a very lazy Saturday with all the up and downs in between. Went to eat Clarke Quay Bak Kut Teh with ly for late lunch. After that, went to Orchard Cineleisure to watch Lovers Discourse. Didn't know Cineleisure have 9th floor, anyway the cinema was real small and super cold. Anyway the movie was quite worth it with me learning more about different types of love. 苦恋，单恋，忘年情，欺骗的爱。。What is so interesting is that, there are 4 mini stories and in the end all the characters are somehow interlinked and it forms a movie. After the movie, we went to Takashimaya basement for dinner. It was one of the more interesting dinner I had with him with the Squid rice and croquette. After dinner, we went for The Flyer. After sitting the flyer then realized it is nothing much. Hope to go up the Skypark next time :)

Had a relax Sunday at home. Went for dinner with bf at Pastamania before he booked in.

A four days working week!

Cross my fingers and hope for the best outcome! When it comes, then I will think of ways to settle it!!

Tuesday night again, somehow Tuesday and Thursday nights are the most depressing. Tuesday night transition to Wednesday, cause it really feels like after Wednesday night time will pass fast. But when it reaches Thursday night weekend will be here and over soon. I know I am just contradicting myself.

Nothing much to look forward to, Chinese New Year is just a festival. But anyway, still must give thanks for everything I have got now and stop complaining.

Had learnt a great lesson during the weekend that have passed. What shape a person? Perhaps it is the family background, the experience the person has encountered or the surroundings. Whatever it is I believe that human nature is good. Just a really big eye-opener on Saturday. Everything really happens for a reason. When wishes comes true, it doesn't mean the a person will be happy about the result of the wish. Anyway, looking back to the weekend I am glad that things happen the way it happens. Went for buffet lunch on Sunday for Chin Wei's farewell. After lunch, finally satisfied my zombie craving :D

If your eyes follow the movement of the rotating pink dot, the dots will remain only one colour - pink.

However if you stare at the black “+” in the center, the moving dot turns to green.

Now, concentrate on the black “+” in the center of the picture.
After a short period, all the pink dots will slowly disappear, and you will only see only a single green dot rotating.

It’s amazing how our brain works. There really is no green dot, and the pink ones really don’t disappear.
Proof enough that we don’t always see what we think we see…

I wanna watch fireworks like real soon!

Came back from The Cruise, had 1 day break in between and I am off to Christmas Chalet. Holidays really had passed too fast. Had a great time at both the cruise and the chalet. Time have passed and it is back to work but memories will always be remembered and treasured.

A bit sick and tired of the never ending cycle. It is either I change the situation or the situation change me, weighing the pros and cons and will make a decision soon. I would never want to regret and would stick to the decision that I will be making.

Everything doesn't look positive now.

The last week of work before the long holidays..

Didn't have the blogging mood these few weeks. Learnt a new lesson last Thursday, never expect too much and there won't be too much disappointment also. Had a nice dinner plus a short bus journey by myself.

Had breakfast with ly on Friday before going to work at Toastbox at Junction 8. Had to thank him specially coming down just to accompany me for breakfast on the day of his company off when he can sleep late :) After breakfast, went to work before having really bad stomach cramps. In the end went to see the doctor before going home to rest. What a day! At night, went to see Doraemon with sister at amk hub. The movie really bring back lots of childhood memories at the day care centre. After that, we had dinner at Fish N Co.

Had lunch with ly and Carol at the nice western food stall at Toa Payoh before going to town yesterday. Had wanted to watch Rapunzel at the Cathay Orchard, in the end before we get to queue to the front of the counter the tickets were sold out. So we went shopping around Far East and I managed to get a pair of shorts. After that, met up with Sarah and Pc to buy things at Daiso PS before having dinner at The HK cafe.

Got a chance to try the fishing game at the arcade after dinner. Don't know is it the seat that it is good or beginner luck but ly and I earn quite a bit. After that, it is home sweet home.

Today after church went back to the same arcade to try the fishing game again. Didn't really earn a lot but at least we were not losing. The game is really pure luck plus a bit of skills, lolx.

Looking forward to this Saturday, the first time we had planned ahead :)

Think I am be able to post from Monday to Thursday, lolx.. These past 2 weeks has proven this theory.

Hmm, had a good dinner with mum and sister on last Friday at The Crystal Jade Toa Payoh but this meal has made quite a big hole in my pocket.

On Saturday, went to the zoo with ly, Sarah and Pc. Left the zoo in the afternoon as the rain comes and go, it makes it very difficult to walk around the open-air zoo but still managed to see a few animals. Also, finally got the chance to eat udders :)

First time found rum & raisin ice cream that could rival Andersen. After Andersen, went for a round of lan near PS before having dinner at PS Pizza Hut. Had fun walking from PS to 313 Somerset around this time just to see the Christmas lights in town.

Went for lunch at Tpy after church before nua-ing the whole day at home and had dinner at Thai Express at Northpoint before he booked in. Had a chance to eat stuffed chicken wings which has stuffing in the chicken wings thus no bones. This type of chicken wings are good for lazy people like me, lolx..

Monday blues~~ So fast, 3 months has passed :D

Weekends made it hard for me to blog plus the suddenly throat infection and drowsy medicine makes it seem impossible to blog. But here am I, back on the last day of November to blog on the few days that has passed since last Thursday.

Had a really busy day at work last Friday with so many last minutes things but managed to last till 6pm and it was home sweet home.

On Saturday, woke up even earlier to go to ly's POC at the ulu camp. Will post a few pictures here :)

First time attending POC, it was quite different from POP. After waiting for him to book out, we went for lunch at IMM. Also, finally got the chance to go to Great World City to pick up the bag organizer that was a given freebie. Went walking around Great World City before sitting the free shuttle bus to Orchard to take train to Amk to meet up with Sarah and PC to the Sitex IT fair. The IT was super crowded and after walking a while, everything starts to get repetitive. Managed to buy canon printer ink and bb's protector screen over at the IT fair. After that went for dinner at Tampines. I didn't know there were so many shopping centres over there and we had dinner at Popeyes at 1 of the shopping centres. After some chalet planning over dinner, it was home sweet home.

Didn't really go anywhere on Sunday after church, just nua-ing at home to watch Catch Me Now. Had dinner at home before sending ly to book in.

Had quite a busy day at work yesterday and plus not feeling really well. Anyway, managed to get my leave approved :) After work, went to doctor and got few packets of medicines plus 1 day of mc for today.

Slept almost the whole day today, waking up only for lunch and to eat medicine. The medicine really makes me drowsy and light headed. Hope I recover soon!

Hmm had a good nights out with dear at imm Jurong East yesterday. 1 person taking a long journey is really different from 2 persons taking the same journey. Had dinner at pepper lunch then walk around imm before home sweet home.

Feeling lightheaded and drowsy now because of the flu medicine. Had been sneezing non stop in the office today :( Couldn't sleep yet, haix.. Hope tomorrow will be a better day..

Feeling sleepy after a few hours of shopping with mum and sis at 313 @ Somerset after church today. Bought quite a few items that are in my clothes wishlist :) Thanks to mum for spending the time and money to accompany us for shopping. After shopping, we had dinner at Marche before heading home.

Hmm, had a wonderful short 2 hours of nights out at causeway point yesterday with ly. A nights out is a bonus that must be treasured.

Will be sharing a short story from Jaime Teo's blog that I find it really true and interesting..

Once upon a time, there was a king. The king liked one of his followers very much because he was very wise and always gave very useful advice. Therefore the king took him along wherever he went.

One day, the king was bitten by a dog, his finger was injured and the wound was getting worse. He asked the
follower if that was a bad sign. The follower said, ‘Good or bad, hard to say’.

In the end, the king’s finger got so bad it had to be amputated.

The king asked the follower again, if that was a bad sign.

Again, the follower gave the same answer, ‘Good or bad, hard to say’.

The king became very angry and sent the follower to prison.

One day, the king went hunting in the jungle. He got excited chasing a deer and deeper and deeper into the jungle he went. In the end he found himself lost and to make things worse, he got caught by the natives living in the jungle.

They wanted to sacrifice him to their God but when they noticed that the king was short of a finger, they released him immediately as he wasn’t a perfect specimen of a man and was therefore not a suitable sacrifice.

The king managed to get back to his palace and he finally understood the follower’s wise
quote : ‘Good or bad, hard to say’ – If he hadn’t lost one finger, he would have lost his life to the natives.

He immediately ordered the release of his follower, and apologized to him.

But to the king’s amazement, the follower wasn’t mad at him at all. Instead he said,

‘It wasn’t a bad thing that you locked me up. Why? Because if you hadn’t, you would have brought me along to the jungle. If the natives found you unsuitable to be a sacrifice, they would’ve used me.”

Again, the quote ‘Good or bad, hard to say’ stands.

The moral of the story is that everything happens for a reason in this world. There is no absolute good or bad. Sometimes good things turn out to be bad things eventually, while bad things become a gain.

Whatever good that happens to you, enjoy it but don’t hold on too tight to it. Treat it as a surprise in your life.

Whatever bad that happens to you, don’t have to feel too sad or despair – in the end, it may not be a total bad
thing.

If one can understand this, he or she will find life much easier.

That really sums up life in short. A really big lesson in life that everybody understands but hard to learn it.

On another note, nobody is perfect in this world. One should just learn to look past the imperfections.

This week, my "weekend" started earlier thus my lack of updates and unfortunately it has ended, hence the new update.

Met up with ly after work on Tuesday for dinner at Northpoint, Ishi Mura. It seriously feels like a Friday evening and after dinner we went walking around and played in Time Zone a while before home sweet home.

The reason for my early weekend is because Wednesday was a public holiday and Thursday being the bonus day. Went to watch Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part I on Wednesday at the Grand Cathay with bf. As expected, the whole theater was fully packed with the row in front of the screen also fully seated. Movies couldn't be exactly the same as the storybook so didn't expect much but the movie was really better than I expected with almost all the major storyline shown in the movie. Now, I am looking forward to the 2nd part of the movie what with all the war scene and fighting. After the movie we went walking around town and went down to Marina Square for dinner at Yuki Yaki. A picture speaks thousand words, shall let the pictures do the talking then :)

Today is a bonus day and it feels like Sunday. Went to ICA to re-do ic today, luckily it wasn't a long wait. After that went back my house to watch HK movie and nua.. Had dinner at Subway then send bf to cck to book in.

9 days isn't that long, I have endured more days than this. Looking forward to next Saturday for bf course passout. Back to work tomorrow~~

Usually I am able to update my blog everyday, it is only during Friday nights and weekends that it seems impossible. Lolx..

Had a good night out with bf at Jurong Point on last Thursday after work. Took mrt green line all the way after changing at circle line and the journey took about 1 hour from my workplace at Tai Seng. Went to eat pizza hut for dinner and walked around jp then took a cab from there to home. Although the time together is quite short and the journey is long but I still find it worthwhile as night out for ly on weekdays is really rare.

Went to help at my auntie's bookshop on Saturday morning, it is a yearly event and can't believe 1 year of time has passed so fast. After that went to meet ly and we went to The Cathay to buy tickets for the movie: Unstoppable.

The movie is quite action packed although the storyline was quite slow at the start of the movie and it made me doze off and luckily the movie starts to pick up its pace after that. 99 minutes of action packed, family love, a bit of office politics, romantic love and learning more about railways at the price of $7. It is totally worth it. After buying the tickets we went to PS to queue for the "gong cha" bubble tea. The flavor of the tea is quite unique but I still find koi better. After the movie, we went for dinner at Let's Sweet.

The food mainly consists of japanese food but are famous mainly for their desserts. As the shop at PS is newly opened, it has 20% discount so it was quite worth it. After dinner, we took circle line to Esplanade and after that is home sweet home.

Sunday night again but this week there isn't much of Monday blues as there will be a public holiday in the middle of the week :) Hope my leave will be approved, will try to apply tomorrow. Hope that the news that I heard just now isn't true, crossing my fingers.

The lack of updates on the blog is caused by the long weekend :p

Quite a good rest from work with the long weekend. Met up with ly after work on Thursday for dinner and movie after his run at West Coast Park. Had dinner at MacDonald and cabbed down to Amk Hub for movie- Megamind.

I think the movie was quite comical and the non 3D effects are good enough. It is even more worth it than Despicable Me. After the movie, it was home sweet home.

Went to Kallang Leisure Park with Ly on Friday as we wanted to go ice skating and it was the only place left in Singapore. Didn't expect the controlled timing of strictly 2 hours per lesson so in the end we just walked around before having lunch at Marina Square at Thai Express. After lunch we went walking around Marina Square and then went to the outside of Esplanade sit since the weather was quite cooling. Then we took a bus to Toa Payoh for Koi and dinner for me at Delifrance. Emo-ness, emo-ness. Seriously hope it didn't ruin your day.

Watched Final Destination 4 on Saturday. The movie was quite graphic with all the bloody scenes and all. In the end, every character in the movie died. Through watching this movie, it really made me realize that once a person life is up it really is over so we should treasure every person around us and never ever have any regrets in life. After that, had chinese food for dinner at Northpoint and pei-ed him to Cck as he is booking in early this week.

Today after church, went to amk hub to buy tickets for HP7. Finally the last installment will be shown although it will be shown in 2 parts. Quite excited to see the movie as I didn't really understand the book. Seriously slept quite a lot in the afternoon, hoped that I would be able to sleep later.

Help! Monday blues are invading me, Lolx.. Same as last week, hope to have a peaceful and fast week!:D

The last day of October and here comes November. Had a really busy week and a Friday full of "surprises". Managed to survive Friday ultimately.

Had a really good weekend as usual. Met up with bf to go to Escape Theme Park at Pasir Ris on Saturday. It had been such a long time since I last went there and it hasn't change much with all the major attractions still there but with some rides closed down. Didn't take much photos in the afternoon as camera and bag are put in the locker for safekeeping while we went around going on the rides. In the evening, we went to the Halloween Event. It was quite interesting to see "dead" and "bloody" people walking around, it was also my first time attending a Halloween event too.

Went to Snow City yesterday with ly. The place was exactly the same as the last time I went during Primary 5. It was so cold that 1 hr is enough to be inside and we didn't fully stay inside for the 1 whole hour.

One of the photo that was taken by the snow city photographers that I find it quite nice as personal camera wasn't allowed inside.

Didn't know that snow city admission ticket also include admission to the Science Centre. Had fun touring around science centre.

After that, went for dinner at Seoul Garden at city square mall. Thought of going there because of the computerized system to order food and it is good for lazy people like me. Lolx.. The desserts was also special with many different type of varieties.

Thanks for all the birthday wishes through sms and facebook. Thank you ly for the birthday gift :) Really appreciate the thoughts behind the gift. Hmm, 20 le. No more 1 digit in front of my age, lolx.

Back to work tomorrow, a challenging week ahead. Crossing my fingers and hope there won't be anymore mistakes!

Company participated in an exhibition at MBS from 20-22 Oct and today was my turn to go down to MBS to help out. Had a really good feeling of how exhibitors feel, lolx. Imagine wearing presentable the whole day + leg ache. One day is enough but really had a good experience. Maybe if I am allowed to wear jeans and sneakers it will be a different story :)

Hmm, a bad start but a good ending + process and I believe that is enough. Back to work tomorrow, September is the month that I joined and there is practically nothing to do and there comes October where business starts to pick up. Good thing, I would rather be busy than having nothing to do.

Had a good weekend with my "weekend" bf, lolx.. Went to ECP yesterday to cycle then had dinner at Cafe Cartel at Ps.

A normal weekend. No matter what, weekends always pass fast and are definitely better than weekdays. Weekends are short and it makes me treasure them more. Today went to Clarke Quay Sticky to buy their sweets and there were not much selection then had lunch at Waraku at the Central.

On another note, I finally realize what happen to my camera to cause it to take such fuzzy pictures and I manage to fix it :)

It is never good to do things on impulse or on another note, a bad mood. Now then I realize, some things aren't easy as it seems. All along, I have been seeing only the surface. I just hope I would accept it without questions and just move on and take it as a lesson learnt. What an expensive lesson..

Had 1 and a half day of mc because of swollen eye. Left the office with left eye swollen looking like a freak and right eye start ballooning up on the way home. After I left the clinic, I really looked like a person who had cried for several days. It starts to recover after eating the medicine that the doctor prescribed. Hope it will be back to normal eyes soon.

Had a weird start but hopes it will be better :)

Had such a good week + weekend that I wished that I can stop in this moment and relive the week again. After having ly back for 1 week with a normal life as he is having his 1 week block leave and him returning back to army life tomorrow isn't easy. Anyway, looking at the bright side what more can I ask for..

After work on Thursday, have a session of k-box with Sarah, Ping Chie, Kok Fuan and Ly. Had fun singing with them. It is good to meet up now and then to catch up.

On Saturday, met up with the usual L4D2 gang for a round of L4D2. Had dinner at Waraku at Hereen and some catching up :) Thanks to Sarah, Pc, John, Cw for the birthday gift, Couple-T and the birthday cake! Really appreciate the efforts :D

Accompanied ly to see his new camp before he book in tomorrow to familiarize. It is really deep inside the forest, lolx.. After that, had dinner with his family and then home sweet home..

Have been feeling very tired these few days, especially in the morning where I will mostly oversleep. Really getting lazier to blog..

Met up with ly after work to watch Detective Dee on Monday. The show is set back in the olden days with a detective story. I feel that the show is quite worth it watching on a weekday. After the movie, had Pepper Lunch for dinner and after that home sweet home..

Took Tuesday off for ly as it was his birthday. Had a great day with him mostly in Sentosa and One Raffles Place. Had brunch at Vivo City at Carl's Junior before going to Sentosa. Took cable car to Sentosa :) It had been such a long time since I last rode in the cable car.

After reaching Sentosa, the first stop we went to The Underwater World. It isn't as big as I remembered.

We walked a few times in it before going to the outside of the Universal Studio to take photo.

Then went to play the Luge & Skyride. This really brightens up my day, lolx. Had fun "flying" down the hill on high speed then moving up the hill on the skyride. After that, took cablecar back to Singapore and the day concludes by us having Sakae Sushi buffet at One Raffles Place. Hope you had as much fun as me!

Couldn't wake up this morning and battling with myself on the bed but in the end still managed to drag myself off the bed. Shall sleep earlier to avoid like today then. Nitex!

Had a different weekend.. With the waking up really early on a saturday morning to attend ly's pop. Never really attended passing out parade before, so everything seem interesting to me. 4 months had really passed in the blink of the eye.

Finally went to watch legend of the fist: Return of Chen Zhen today. The movie was better than I expected with the fighting scenes and all. After that, walked around town and had dinner at Ajisen at J8.

Hmm, five months and hopefully many more to come :) The months has been different in a good way with you!

Don't really know what to blog, it has been a peaceful week with the minor mistakes or things that happen but it is still consider a peaceful week. What with pay coming in and October has started, it just make the week even better. Suddenly thought of last year October, it all seems like that a lot of time had passed but in fact it is all an illusion. Hmm, this makes me really think what will I be doing next year. Will things remain the same or everything is but a good dream..

Every moment in life is a lesson of its own. Had really learnt a lesson on the weekend that had just passed. Learning how not to be so trusting, not to be stubborn and really should learn to listen to advice around me. I have been losing my ez-link card since when I am in primary school but this seems small compared to losing the whole wallet. The worse thing is not losing the whole wallet or the cards that are inside but just the particular card. Anyway, hope that everything will be fine and somehow I believe in miracle but just not this time I think. Till now, I still don't really understand how I lost it.

Had a good weekend other than losing my wallet. Met up with ly on saturday for sakae sushi for lunch :) Then after that went to walk around town and somehow we ended up in police post reporting the loss of my wallet. Hmm, a really different saturday.

On sunday, met up with him after church to eat botak jones. It had been such a long time since I last had it. The last time when I had botak jones was when I was in poly first year. At night, I went to eat Tung Lok at East Coast with the usual church gang in celebration of those birthday which are in Sept/Oct. Had a fun time interacting with them. After that is home sweet home :)

Sometimes I can't help to be worried over minor things. Haix..

Have been having headaches on alternates day and cold war doesn't help treating it. Cold war is "fun"when a person is either of the party in the cold war. But people fighting the cold war, please think of the people around you. I am not 夹心饼干, so just to let your know.

Managed to learn more about some things today. The some things which I have been curious for quite some time.

Should sleep earlier tonight and there won't be a repeat of today like overslept and was a few minutes late for work.

A good start to this week and I just hope it stays this way. It may not be a good week but hope it stays peaceful. Hmm, leave approved! :) Just by this point, this place is definitely much better than the last and I hope it stays this way. I think I am a easily contented person, if things stay this way I am already happy and do not wish anything more. This time is just a stepping stone into my future so what more do I wish for.

It is time to really be creative to plan both. Those who know me well will know that I am not a creative person and this make things much harder. Shall try my best and see how it goes.

Don't know is it my age but I am really getting more and more forgetful. I am really starting to see how forgetful I can be in my daily work life. Haix, shall just try to remember those things that I should remember. I am thankful to have such a patient person to teach me.

There are always things to be thankful for, whether it be good or bad things. Yes, in bad things there are lessons to learn and things to be grateful for. Optimistic goes way much further than pessimistic.

Time have to pass to get to better things or future. It may be good to stay in a perfect moment but often, humans get bored easily. Every new day is a surprise and a new lesson. That is how I console myself usually when it reaches Sunday. Sunday reminds me of work as tomorrow is Monday. But no matter what, time have to pass to reach another weekend.

As usual, it was a good weekend. Went to Jp with ly for dinner yesterday at New York New York. The menu somehow had more choices. After that, took mrt to Jurong East and took a shuttle bus to Bukit Batok as the train was going through some construction. Then it was red line all the way back home.

Finally got to eat prata and it had been such a long time since I last had it. Went to eat it with ly after church. After that, went to walk around Junction 8 and it is home sweet home after that.

Will be crossing my fingers and hope that my leave will be approved. Shall try to ask tomorrow..

Played msn bowling just round and I lost both rounds so I have to plan this coming weekend programs. Hope I will have more creative juice in my mind.. Lolx..

Somehow, this song title have been flashing around in my head, 哭沙. I totally understand of none of my friends heard of this song before but it used to be famous. What I love about this song is that it summaries some things perfectly. If some things, a person have already knew about the ending and it will be a sad ending will the person still go through with it? Maybe to some people it will be foolish to do so but life is really too short. Often, the process is often more crucial than the ending. There is no point when a person look back and regret. So, I think life is full of experiments..

Now then I realize, no matter working in a small or big company there will always be office politics. It is just the amount that is the difference. I should really judge the surrounding myself and who am I to judge people when I myself am not perfect.

Things should be planned to a certain step and there should be a big place for change to reside just in case the planning is not successful. Change is often inevitable. What thing does not change is change.

Good reminder..

Waiting for my dinner in the form of pizza. Had pizza for lunch too as it was going to rain so colleagues and I shared to call delivery for lunch. After tonight, it will be some time I eat pizza again as 1 can only have this much slices in one day.

Today when I was traveling home, I thought back and ask myself did I regret my decision in changing job. The half and hour lesser and the shorter journey home are bonus. But then I realize, I shouldn't be regretting when there are more things to be thankful and I am too lazy to list out :)

It seems like I am losing my momentum in blogging and it doesn't help I have stm.. Anyway, here it goes.

It is almost impossible to meet ly on a Wednesday but anyway got to meet him the Wednesday that has just passed. After work, went for Swensens at tpy entertainment centre. I had their smoked salmon salad while he had fish baked rice. Didn't really feel hungry as I had a heavy lunch. After dinner, went to courts to buy earpiece again, don't know for how many time in this year, as the right earpiece went soundless. After that, it is home sweet home.

Thursday was the last working day of the week as it is a public holiday on Friday and time really passes slowly. After work, went for buffet dinner at Fullerton Hotel to treat Carol as she has been a great help in helping me find this new job. The buffet wasn't as expensive as Marriot at The Tangs but it was definitely better and I shall find a chance to go back and eat again.

On friday, went for my first pedicure at Amk hub with Sarah :) Really quite enjoyed the process of it but just not when the person used the sharp looking object. After that, went for a dose of L4D2 at the old place where we always play lan with John, Sarah and Ping Chie. It has been such a long time since I last played lan. After that met ly for dinner at carl's junior. I just enjoy their waffle fries and burger. Then we went for a second dose of L4D2 verse-ing each other.

Met ly on Saturday to buy R4i and micro sd card at sim lim and we managed to buy it. After that, went to watch Vampire Sux at the Grand Cathay with ly and his friends. The movie was funny but seriously cannot make it. Then went for steamboat at the bugis street and after dinner we walked to Suntec to walk around then it is home sweet home.

Such a lengthy post.. Anyway, today went to Qisahn to buy Ds lite! Shall have fun playing ds while not forgetting the itouch. Lolx.. Had a really good week + weekend and it is time to go back to work tomorrow.. Hope there won't be any monday blues.

As usual, weekends are good..This week is special as my weekends started on friday :) Longer post than usual..

Met up with ly on friday to watch the expandables at amk hub.

The movie is really action-packed with all the fighting and explosions going on. It it quite worth it to watch and there isn't much plot too. It has been so long since I last paid $6 for movie tickets. On another note, I didn't expect to be checked by the person over the counter when buying tickets as the movie is m18. Lolx. After that, went to the comex it fair at suntec to walk around. It is really convenient with the circle line. As expected, the it fair was super crowded but we still managed to buy and find the things. After that, had dinner at pizza hut and went to buy tickets for avatar at Bugis, Illuma. Then, it is home sweet home xD
Anyway, happy 4 :)

Finally got a chance to visit Ikea, Alexandra and tried the meatballs. The meatballs are quite nice with the gravy and the jam.

After that, went to town trying to find Far East Shopping Centre to find Qisahn as I am seriously considering buying ds. Then went around Bugis trying to find the the whole stretch of road selling steamboats. After looking behind Illuma then realize that it is behind Bugis. Then went to Illuma, Flimgarde to watch Avatar 3d.

Thought of watching it again in 3d since last year as the effects weren't that good when I watched it in Malaysia and there is this 8 minutes never before seen footage. Anyway, the movie is quite long but I didn't really regret it. Then went for dinner at mos burger and dessert along the stretch of steamboat alley. The bean curd is seriously nice and I will go back again if I have the chance.

Today didn't really go anywhere. Finally get to read harry potter 7 in print. Then went to buy notebook and pen from popular in preparation of first day of work. Seriously hoping that this chapter in my life will be long and fruitful. After one week of break it is time to go back to work in a new environment and it is time for adjustments again. Hoping this will be better than the last and I will able to work till I go back studying again. Shall have an early night then..

I always dislike making choices may it be big or small but in life people always have to make choices. Whenever I make a choice, I would always look back and wonder what if I had chosen the other path. I hope I had made the better choice this time and after a while I realize that after making a decision there is no point to look back. Looking back is only for reflection as to make a better choice next time and not regretting the choice that I had made. Will be going down to sign the appointment letter tomorrow and will start work on the coming monday..

Went to meet up with the recruit express agent at jurong to prepare for tomorrow morning interview. It has been such a long time since I last went to the west. After that took a long train ride to expo station for interview. Imagine from jurong east to expo, luckily the itouch is there to keep me company :) When I reached expo and roaming around trying to the place I got lost in the middle of changi business park. Really thankful to the cab driver driving me to the interview place and what made me even more surprised is that he didn't even bother switching on the meter. He could easily earn $3-4 dollars and although I offered to pay him, he refuse to take the money. If not for the cab driver, I will surely be late for the interview. Anyway, 1 lesson I have learnt today. Don't ever be dishonest in a interview but there is no point being too honest also.

Got 1 job offer and still wondering should I take it. Longer traveling distance and higher pay or shorter traveling distance and same pay. Haix, choices.. Life are full of choices.

Today marks my 145th post :)

Had a really different weekend..

1) Not going out because of the importance of saving money as it is as usual that I will be broke nearing the end of the month.

2) Volunteering to go back to grandma's house on a saturday night since it has been ages since I last went back to have a proper meal with about half of the family.

3) Just staying at home after church to just rot and use the computer.

4) Got the chance to sleep late on a sunday night because I am jobless and interviews are on the afternoons :p

It is really a different weekend from the usual ones.

Hope you are doing well and my interviews will be successful. In the meantime, I shall just enjoy my break.

Yesterday was my last day at the bank and I had mixed feelings. I am very happy that I will be out of that place but on the other hand I will miss the colleagues. The place itself is a good place to work but I think it is only the boss and I am not pointing any fingers. Bought some brownies as my farewell present.

Although it is only a short 3 months plus working in there, I have really learnt a lot be it good or bad. I would like to thank all for the guidance and not forgetting the best wishes from all the contract colleagues. Also thank you for the cakes from my officer and colleague. Will always remember the good times we had over lunchtime :)

After leaving the bank, I am on a constant lookout for jobs. Hope I find a job soon that really suits me.

Feeling weird tonight and it is not because of green pig. I am scared of change, whether it be people, surroundings or myself. I take a long time to get used to changes. Had a good weekend :)

Went quite a lot of places on saturday with ly. Met up with him at about 12 to buy book at takashimaya kinokuniya then ate at ambush for lunch. After that, we went clarke quay to try the cocktail ice cream at haagen daz. The cocktail was quite nice to drink but could feel that the alcohol wasn't a lot. It has been such a long time since I last went to clarke quay and it had really change a lot over the years. Took a bus and went back to orchard to walk around cineleisure, scape and finally found the white carebear that we were looking for at more than words :)

After that, went to look for place to eat for dinner around killiney road and found a place selling many types of chee cheong fun and ly is very interested in the durian chee cheong fun. It is my first time seeing and tasting it. It is quite nice and taste a bit like muah chee with the sticky skin, peanuts and sugar.

After the "dessert", we walked and in the end we reached plaza singapura so we had dinner there at secret recipe. The Cesar salad tastes quite nice with the mayo dressing. After that, it is home sweet home :) Had a good day although we didn't plan much!

Had Maturama ramen today at the central with ly after church. The noodles was springy with the nice soup plus the egg that have the running yolk and not forgetting the spring onions. It is my first time eating and it is definitely better than ajisen ramen. After that, took a bus to toa payoh.

Just like that and my weekend is gone. This week will be my last week at the bank and after that I will be able to rest :) But I can feel the uncertainty that is coming back. Haix..

It will be like the repeat of the first week.. Sianx :( Hope the following week reaches faster!

The week just seems to get worse as it goes by and I am still trying to stand at the ledge hoping not to fall as the next gust of wind blows by. The only thing confirm is I will somehow survive it. I will try to treasure what I do have now.

The start of a working week is the hardest to pass and bosses somehow just like to give out bad news on mondays. Somehow, I am not going to come back on saturday to work and through this I seriously think that I am making the right decision to leave this place. So, I will just keep my fingers crossed and do things faster to avoid coming back on saturday.

Somehow, this week just feels weird but I will be looking for to the weekends! :)
